WHITE COMMUNITY BUILDING
Is there a good model in the United States?
Since Return to the Land (RTTL) was launched, the organization has been concerned about legal attacks against it. Recently, the group’s spokesman shared a new law being proposed in the state of Arkansas where they are located that would shut down their project.
When inevitably RTTL is attacked through lawfare I think we should support them, but I think the best way of going about having pro-White communities in the United States isn’t to have a private organization own and lease the land because it opens up all sorts of legal issues.
We are better off just encouraging others to move into the same neighborhood or town and people who want to do that just find land or property in that town or neighborhood. There is a neighborhood not far from where I live that is completely full of orthodox jews. They didn’t have an organization buy up the neighborhood and then lease it out to each other. They just all purchased homes in the same neighborhood and built schools and synagogues there.
Like, the government literally can’t stop you and your friends from all buying houses in the same neighborhood or town.
Understandably, if you want to do something like this, you are going to need some project to draw other people in with. So instead of setting up a communal housing project, you should start a community center. Set it up as a federally recognized non-profit and make sure it is explicitly white by calling it something like “The Arkansas European Heritage Community Center.” This way, depending on the state, it might have a certain level of protections from attacks under hate crime laws (again, this really depends on the state as different state’s have different laws). Then, people will have a reason to move to that neighborhood or town but you can raise funding from people around the world for it, and some of that funding could be used to help cover some of the cost for relocation of members to the area such as Uhaul rentals, gas, hotels, etc…
Once enough people are drawn in, you can then use the community center to launch other projects such as a private k-12 school or summer camp for kids. You could have a book store of pro-White materials to help raise funds for the center. You could also have a thrift store as well. Maybe even a coffee shop and a gym. Dues paying members of the community center could receive perks such as gym access, free items from the thrift store, discounts from the book store and coffee shop, etc…. You could even host speakers in the gymnasium or auditorium.
If we are going to win, we need to start being more creative and stop placing ourselves into positions where we are likely to lose. Myself and many others learned this the hard way with protesting. There is a way to do it and a way that you are likely to be setting yourself up for failure. Don’t publicly announce where and when you are protesting, consider wearing masks if laws permit, don’t hang around too long so random NPC come and assault you, etc… The same will apply to community building under the current regime.
I believe Aarvoll himself has mentioned before that there will likely have to be many attempts before we figure out what model works. Laws, and case laws, will have to be challenged in court to see which way things will pan out. While that is all fair and well for those willing to do so, it is a highly expensive and in some cases demoralizing process when dozens of people have put their entire life savings and years of their lives into a project only to lose it all after an anti-White court system rules unfavorably against you. Given the laws already on the books regarding housing and racial discrimination, it is better for anyone else looking at White community building to simply sidestep these laws then setting themselves up in direct opposition to them.
Surely, you will not be able to decide who all of your neighbors will be under the community center based model the way you would under the RTTL model. Though you could decide who would be allowed to become a member of the community center and participate at events. Either way, I hope that this new Arkansas law, HR 1016, doesn’t pass and if it does and RTTL has to deal with it in court, I hope they defeat it. Such a victory would be a victory for us all. However, I wrote this post because I am skeptical that they will win and am recommending an alternative model which I believe to have a much higher chance of success to those considering such projects now or in the future.

It's Orwellian, and highly effective at preventing dissent.
Think we need to finesse race - make it a religious community part if a church similar to what Orthodox Jews do
